Refund policy

At Rough Collar Co., every piece is built for the working class and made with purpose. Because of our in-house printing and custom packaging process, please review our policy below.

Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in original condition

  • No signs of wear, dirt, or damage

  • Must include original packaging

To start a return, email us at roughcollar@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Worn or washed apparel

  • Clearance or discounted items


Exchanges

Need a different size? We offer exchanges (if inventory is available).

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

  • We cover shipping on the replacement item (1 time)


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for processing

Shipping costs are non-refundable


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Email us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
