Shipping policy

At Rough Collar Co., every order is printed and packed in-house with care. We’re not mass-producing junk—everything is built for the working class.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

  • During high-volume drops or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Rough Collar Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

If your package is marked delivered but not received:

  • Check with neighbors or household members

  • Contact your local carrier

  • File a claim with the shipping provider


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • If caught early, email us immediately at roughcollar@gmail.com and we will try to update it


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

Email us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage

We will replace the item or issue a refund.


International Shipping

  • Shipping times vary by location

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes


Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)

  • Weather conditions

  • High shipping volume periods
